“Me and my girlfriend stayed for 2 nights in Naxos Filoxenia. These peaceful aparmtents have nothing to do with the typical touristy type lodgings, with standardised furniture and minimal contact with the locals. There is black stone on the floor, making the rooms cool even in the hot summer days, furniture is from another era, reminiscend of old days.”

“Spotlessly clean, our apt. had a very comfortable bed with high-quality pillows, the towels were like-new and soft, and the shower was large and with a new, fresh curtain. Vangelis was always attentive, once bringing us plums and apricots and another, a freshly-made jar of jam, still warm in its jar. ”

The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful and there is a small beach closeby which is 10 mins away and Naxos town is about 20 mins by scooter. The owner of this property is extremely helpful and a lovely person. He made us feel so comfortable and very warm and welcoming.”
